
Dr. Tim Suchomel is an associate professor of exercise science and program director for the master's program in sport physiology and performance coaching at Carroll University. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Tim serves as the director of the Carroll University Sport Performance Institute (CUSPI) and a human performance coach. Tim has published over 85 peer-reviewed journal articles on topics including strength and power development, weightlifting movements and their derivatives, and athlete monitoring. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and registered strength and conditioning coach (RSCC) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a USA Weightlifting Level I Coach.

Dominick Walker enters his second season as Mississippi State's strength and conditioning coach for the men's basketball program in 2023-24.
Walker possesses over a decade of experience at numerous levels of basketball headed by seven seasons as a Division I men's basketball strength and conditioning coach coupled with a one-year stint in the NBA. He utilizes the “Game Model” to direct all aspects of training for annual planning, periodization, individual design, biomechanical analysis and flexibility training.
Before joining Mississippi State, Walker served as the Assistant Director of Olympic Sports Performance at Northwestern from the Big Ten Conference during the 2021-22 season for Chris Collins.
Prior to Northwestern, Walker spent three seasons at Texas-Arlington working with Chris Ogden from 2018-19 to 2020-21 in addition to the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons at Louisiana-Lafayette under Bob Marlin in the Sun Belt Conference.
Walker had the opportunity to work as an Apprentice Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Philadelphia 76ers during the 2017-18 season. The Sixers amassed 52 wins en route to a top three finish in the Eastern Conference. It also marked the franchise's first 50-win season since 2000-01 and broke a six-year playoff drought.
Walker has trained and worked with many professional basketball players over his career. His 76ers tenure was highlighted by working with 2023 NBA Most Valuable Player and six-time NBA All-Star Joel Embiid, three-time NBA All-Star Ben Simmons and JJ Redick who finished his career ranked among the NBA's top 20 in three-pointers made.

Dr. Allison Randall is in her fifth season as Vanderbilt women’s basketball’s head strength and conditioning coach.
Randall coordinates all aspects of the program’s implementation of strength and conditioning and sports science protocols. She also serves as a liaison between the coaching staff, sports medicine, sports nutrition, and the academic counseling staffs.
Prior to coming to West End, Randall was the associate director of strength and conditioning for Olympic sports at Virginia Tech. Randall served at Virginia Tech as an intern, graduate assistant and full-time employee from 2012-19.
In 2018, Randall earned her Ph.D. in instruction design and technology with an emphasis on psychomotor skill instruction for athletic performance in novice learners. She also earned her master’s from Pittsburgh State in 2013 in health, human performance and recreation, and an undergraduate degree in physical education from Morgan State in 2011.
Randall has been certified in several areas of strength and conditioning, including SCCC (Strength and Conditioning Certified) through the CSCCA (Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association); CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association); USAW Level-1 Sports Performance (United States of America Weightlifting); FMS-1 (Functional Movement Screen) and First Aid/CPR/AED (American Red Cross Association); and is a certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Randall competed multiple times in the discus throw for Jamaica on the international stage, including the 2013 Central American and Caribbean Games (gold medalist), 2012 London Olympics, 2011 Pan American Games and the 2011 Central American and Caribbean Games (bronze medalist). She also represented Morgan State at the 2010 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Matthew S. Ibrahim is an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach, leader, and educator with a demonstrated history and proven track record since 2007. Currently, he serves as Clinical Coordinator and Instructor of Exercise Science within the School of Sport Science at Endicott College, in addition to a Volunteer Strength & Conditioning Coach within the Athletics & Recreation Department with their NCAA Division III student-athletes. Matthew also serves as Adjunct Professor of Exercise Science at Maryville University and founder of Athletic Performance University (APU). Academically, he is a Ph.D. Candidate in Human & Sport Performance and M.S. student in Sport Leadership. As a public speaker, Matthew has presented nationally in over 25 U.S. states, highlighted by his presentations at the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), Perform Better, EXOS inside Google Headquarters, Sports Academy (formerly Mamba Sports Academy), UFC Performance Institute, Parisi Speed School, Duke University, Stanford University, Equinox, and canfitpro, in addition to several international presentations throughout Europe. Director of Strength and Conditioning | Notre Dame Men’s Basketball
A veteran with more than 15 years of experience in the field, Greg Miskinis will begin his first year at Notre Dame as Associate Director Strength & Conditioning ahead of the 2023-24 campaign. He will mainly oversee the athletic performance enhancement for the men’s basketball program.
Miskinis arrives from Penn State where he worked with Coach Shrewsberry’s program as well. Working closely with the team’s athletic trainer, Miskinis made a significant impact on the health and well-being of the men’s basketball student-athletes. The Nittany Lions maintained the best injury prevention numbers in the nation, with no player missing a game over the past three seasons due to injury.
Altogether, he helped and developed 43 professional athletes, many of whom he still works with on programming for their given sports. He has developed and coached draft picks in a number of different professional leagues including the NBA, NFL, NWSL (women’s soccer), NLL (men’s lacrosse) and WNLL (women’s lacrosse).
